Assistant Skill Set

What is the Assistant Capable of Helping With?

Do I get my own dedicated assistant or is this shared?
Your assistant is assigned specifically to you and is 100% dedicated to your company. You are not sharing the assistant with anyone else.
Yes. Your assistant already has experience working as a virtual assistant for American companies. In fact, they already have experience working for an American real estate company. Yes, all of our virtual assistants have been trained to take incoming phone calls and listen to prospects requests and take accurate notes. They will then delegate the issue to the appropriate member of your team. However, we do not provide the phone system as it is a client’s responsibility, and we do not recommend they answer your phones until after they are comfortable and confident in how you want calls handled, and you are comfortable with their skill set. Putting your assistant in a situation where they need to answer quickly without getting verification if their response is correct does not put them in a position to succeed for you.
English is spoken as an official language of the Philippines. All of our assistants speak fluent english, they do however have a distinguishable accent that is much different than an American accent.
All of our assistants are equipped and educated on how to use Google applications including GMAIL, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive and Google Hangouts. They are also well versed in Microsoft Office products. They have been trained with MLS, Zillow, Zip Forms, Docusign, Jivochat for chatting on websites, and Ring Central for talking on the phone. They can be trained to use any other software for real estate before they start to work directly for you.
It is a 14 hour time difference between Cebu City, in the Philippines and Central Standard Time Zone in Chicago, Illinois. The assistant is 14 hours ahead (13 in the summer when it is not daylight savings time). The assistant will work whenever they are needed for your business, 5 days a week and up to 9 hours a day with a 1 hour break.
Yes, all of our assistants are trained on clocking in and out with their client each via email and also sending emails to delegate issues that need to be addressed for your company. Google for business is provided by Prosper Real Estate so our assistants have access to all of the Google office products and a cloud storage system for documents to share.
The easiest way to communicate with your assistant is through email for items that do not need to be addressed quickly, Google Hangouts for chatting and receiving quick responses, and using the file storage system Google Drive to share documents. They can also send text messages from their telephone number.

Perhaps, better than asking what an assistant is capable of is asking what they are not capable of. Prosper has seen that an assistant can be trained on almost any task but it depends on how much time the owner is willing to invest into training the assistant. It is important to remember that your assistant is not licensed in the state that you are operating in. So they can not construct any contracts or do any negotiations on behalf of a client. Prosper does not recommend having any assistants handle any company funds, transfer money in any facet for the business nor have access to data such as social security numbers. Prosper is not responsible if an owner client allows their virtual assistant to handle any financial matters for the company. Prosper will not be held responsible for any legal contracts that are drafted without their permission.
Your assistant is trained in more than 25 different ways to generate leads for you. They can cold call for sale by owner listings, follow up with expired and withdrawn listings, and build your professional network to get you more leads. A complete list of lead gen tactics is included on the SERVICES page.
