There is no long term contract. You can cancel at anytime with a 30 day notice before your next service is scheduled to repeat. The agreement you sign at the start of your service is a non disclosure and non solicitation agreement. We can send you a basic agreement to review at any time.
What are the first steps after signing up?
First, we will have a short 15-30 minute consultation with you to fully understand how you will use your virtual assistant so we can pair you with a Prosper team member that has experience in the skills you are requesting help with.
I am just getting into real estate. How can an assistant help me?
Whether you are an investor, a real estate agent or a property manager, TIME IS MONEY, and you can only grow so much if you are spending your time on tasks that anyone can be trained how to do. No matter how large your business is, you should always be focused on the 20% of tasks that bring in 80% of the revenue.
What happens if my assistant calls in sick?
Unfortunately sometimes staff members can’t make it to work. It is important to note that with your payment plan you are not paying for 14 days of their work schedule each year. So if they call in sick and it is not a habitual issue, then you are not paying for their sick or vacation day.
Is my virtual assistant being paid well?
Prosper pays virtual assistants more than 3 times the minimum wage in the Philippines and our starting salary is nearly double the industry standard for southeast Asia Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies. We also pay for their sick and vacation days and they have many ways to receive bonuses for doing a great job working for you.
What if my assistant leaves your company?
Although this rarely ever happens, if your assistant leaves our company you can be assured that we will be able to recruit and find you a new assistant fully capable of the same tasks.
How does payment work?
Your first payment is due the day before your service starts. You pay for your service 1 month in advance recurring on the 1st of each month. Your first month of service is prorated based on the day your assistant starts working full time for you.
What is the additional cost for Website Chat capability?
We highly recommend that you use your assistant to add the website chat capability to your company. You will reach more prospects, set more home tours and sell more houses. If you would like our help to install this service it will be an additional $15 per month.
