We have had a successful year and our biggest one yet and that is a lot being said from a company that is only a 1 1/2 years old The combination with my Realty and Estate Sales have helped so many people in our community.
Cora you have helped a lot in that area by paying attention to areas that I do not always have the time to communicate with you. I am planning on working on this for the coming year. Kenneth, thank you for the follow up. so far l’ve been very pleased with the way in which Claire has adapted and is learning our processes this first week. I think things are progressing very well. In our initial conversations, I said it would probably take about 3 to 4 weeks to really master the software in these processes that we do and I think that she is ahead of schedule or at least on par with assessment. We will keep on working on the real estate paperwork/transaction coordinator role and I will start layering in powers investments tasks starting this week…
Gennie (Elea) approaches things cautiously but once she gets to feel for the task, she executes rather well.

Arnold’s performance has been consistent. He grasped the basics of the job very quickly and has not needed me to go back behind him to fix his work.
We are continuing to work on some of the bigger responsibilities, which will just take a little more time of his getting used to our system and how our owners like things (some of them are very particular). Once I show him how to do something, he picks up on it very quickly, and I think this month will be a big progression for him as I let him start to take some of the bigger monthly accounting tasks on his own.
Dexter continues to excel in his position. He is much more autonomous in his new role. The new role simply requires experience to become proficient. With the time that Dexter has been in the current position, he has had a wide variety of experiences and challenges that have been relatively unique, and he has been able to work his way through the challenges with relative ease. We are very happy with his performance!
Dustin has been an amazing worker since joining me! He is a fast learner and is always on top of the tasks | leave for him. He definitely deserves a bonus for his hard work.
